Returns

In case you're unsatisfied with the quality of our products, or would like to exchange the item for a different size, please ensure that the item is in its original state.

This entails the following:

1. The item should be returned without any damage.
2. The item should be returned in its original packaging.
3. The item should be returned with any original Hedeaux tags, if possible.

Please follow these guidelines to request a return:

1. Click here to open the Return Form.
2. Enter your email address in the Email field and click Continue.
3. Open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code.
4. Return to the online store and enter the verification code.
5. Click on the order for which you want to submit a return.
6. If your order has multiple items, select the items you want to return.
7. Choose a reason for the return and add a note for the store.
8. Click on Request return.

You will receive an email containing a return label and instructions on how to return the item. Once we've received the return, you'll receive a refund within 14 days.
