1. General Information
This website is operated by Hedeaux Clothing, based in Amsterdam. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Hedeaux Clothing. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal
  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

All payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments. By submitting your payment details, you agree to the use of Shopify Payments for your transaction.

 

3. Shipping & Delivery
We offer shipping to the Netherlands and Belgium.

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after the order is placed.
  • Shipping is free on orders over €50. For orders under this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that delivery times may vary based on external factors, such as delays with our shipping partner, PostNL.

 

4. Returns & Refunds
At Hedeaux Clothing, we offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the original tags and packaging.

We cover the costs of return shipping. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued within 14 days of the returned item being received by us.

 

5. Defective Products
We do not offer a product warranty. However, if you receive a defective product, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. Please contact us at customersupport@hedeauxclothing.com within 14 days of receiving the product, with proof of the defect.

 

6. Limitation of Liability
Hedeaux Clothing is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or from visiting our website. This includes, but is not limited to, delays in shipping, loss of data, or any unauthorized access to our site.

 

7. Data Privacy
Hedeaux Clothing respects your privacy and complies with applicable data protection regulations. We do not collect or process customer data beyond what is necessary for fulfilling your order, and we do not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or for completing your order (e.g., shipping companies).

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products will be handled in accordance with Dutch law.
